Bark at the Moon is the Premier Ozzy Osbourne Tribute band on the East Coast. The band has just recruited an insane lead Guitarist that can crush any Solo and Ozzy lick w/ ease. The band is gaining steam in the central PA area w/ thier incredible set that spans Ozzy’s career. The band puts on a performance only rivaled by Ozzy himself and they play all the hits. On this show they’ll Headline w/ a Full 90 minute Set dedicated to Ozzfest’s name Sake Ozzy Osbourne. The band only plays locally about once every 2-3 months so it’s always a good idea to check them out when they are on stage.
PENNTERA
TRIBUTE TO PANTERA
Penntera has been slaying stages in the midstate crushing Pantera for years. Lead Vocalist Jason Robinson is also vocalist of local metal band Wrath of Typhon meanwhile Drummer Eric is also part of Maiden American the Iron Maiden Tribute band. The band is one of the absolute Premier Pantera tributes on the east coast and are playing a full 60 minute set at our show. This will also be the very first time they share the stage w/ Bark at the Moon which is a much bigger deal then meets the eye.
HATE GRENADE
TRIBUTE TO LIMP BIZKIT
Hate Grenade is the only All original band on the bill making an appearance as a tribute band for the night. The band has become favorites in the local scene over the years playing exclusively 717 Entertianment shows including Opening for HedPe and more. The band will play tribute to Singer Jeff Glace’s favorite band Limp Bizkit at Ozzfest tribute Mechanisburg. I’m sure his large LB tattoo willl be on full display and there’s also a rumor of a special guest vocalist on one of the covers they plan to play. This is one of those “Can’t miss” performances.
STRICKEN
A DISTURBED TRIBUTE
Stricken is a relatively new Tribute band by all intents and purposes only being around a few years. The band plays Spot on versions of Disturbed hits such as “Down w/ the Sickness” and set stealer “The Land of Confusion” by vocalist Dave who absolutely crushes the vocals on that track. The band will be just after 7:00 so you’ll want to make sure your there in time to see this band. They’ve also been featured on the cover of PA Muscian and played 90% of the local venues in the area and left every single one of them wanting more…
CLOSER TO DETH
MEGADETH TRIBUTE
Closer to Deth is a very new tribute band out of the area. The band is a spot on tribute to Megadeth and will kick off our Tribute portion of the night. The band will get the night portion kicked off great w/ their one of a kind tribute to the Dave Mustaine led Thrash metal band.
