Paralandra is known for their high energy while on stage. They have created an intentional and orchestrated show for all viewers to enjoy, not only to listen to, but to watch. Each song, transition, key, tempo, and crowd interaction is carefully thought out and designed to create an entertainment experience that will never be forgotten.

Paralandra was formed in the summer of 2013 when Casandra and Paul began writing songs together, and decided to form a band to perform live with. Since then, they have released one homemade album, Rise Up (2014), two EPs with multiple singles through Legend Recordings; All Fall Down (2016) and Ascension (2018), a stand alone single, Love Will Win (2019), and most recently their full length album “Street Magic” (2021). Of these releases, they have worked with legendary producers such as Nick Sampson, John Burke, Jonathan David Brown, Jake Jones, and most recently Elvis Baskette. They have had the privilege of performing at numerous festivals including Rocklahoma, DirtFest, Rock Fest, the NAMM Show, SXSW and the KISS Kruise. They have also toured the country and performed nationally with featured bands such as Yngwie Malmsteen, Tantric, Saliva, Alter Bridge, Disturbed, and Breaking Benjamin. Paralandra remains on the road as they continue to support their latest release “Street Magic”.

The Many Colored Death is a alt rock trio based out of Columbia, Missouri. Formed in 2010, the band has internalized the aesthetic and influence of acts such as Soundgarden, King’s X, Rush and Foo Fighters, then spun those elements out into a fresh new style. Described by one fan as “a silky mixture of 70’s rock and early 90’s grunge.”

Featuring a rhythm section that would make John Bonham and John Paul Jones proud, and a guitarist/vocalist who is equal parts David Gilmour, King Buzzo, and Chris Cornell, their brand of rock is both quiet and loud, dark and light. Soulful lyrics and melodies float effortlessly over the pounding surf of complex polyrhythms and groove laden riffs.

While the diversity and musicality of the band is showcased on their recorded works, the band truly shines in the live setting. With high energy and musical ferocity on full display, they’ve been making believers out of rock fans every time they take the stage. Whether opening for bands like Chevelle, Helmet, or Shaman’s Harvest, or shaking the walls down at a local dive bar, the song remains the same and the sound will shake your blood!
